ePoster Upload/Submission

All ePoster presenters have been contacted by the ePoster Support Team from our partner POSTERWALK by ESTENSIS in the first week of April with all necessary details to upload your ePoster. These include sign-in information for the ePoster system, technical requirements and a corresponding template.

Check your inboxes for an email from our partner POSTERWALK by ESTENSIS: notifications@eorganiser.com.au (subject of email: FELASA 2022 – your ePoster upload). Please also monitor your SPAM folder or contact us if you haven’t received the invitation.

Your ePoster(s) need to be uploaded by Tuesday, May 31, 2022, 12:00 CET latest.

Summary of technical requirements:

Please submit your ePoster as a 1-page PowerPoint file in portrait orientation.

• File format: .ppt or .pptx
• Aspect ratio: 9:16
• Poster size in cm: e.g. 28,56 x width x 50,8 height – portrait orientation

In case you wish to embed a video to your ePoster, take these requirements into consideration:

• File format: .pptx only
• Video formats: .mp4, .avi
• number of videos: 2
• Sound of embedded videos will be not supported

Further recommendations:

• JPEG or PNG is the preferred file format for inserted images
• For visual effect, we recommend that graphs/pictures/photographs be no smaller than 12cm x 18cm
• Please be mindful of any copyright issues when creating your poster
• We recommend setup auto play videos
• Recommended font types: Calibri, Verdana, Times New Roman or Arial
• Recommended font sizes: Heading 30-40 points, Content 14-20 points
